My stay on a pitch

What’s included in my Camping package: 

• 2 people with 1 tent or caravan, 1 vehicle (1 car or motorbike) OR 1 motorhome or camper van
• Motorhome service area
• Electric hook-up (bring an adaptor) except for “Nature” pitches

     At additional cost:

• Up to 6 people (adults, children and babies) per pitch
• 1 small additional tent (2 m x 2 m)

Terms of Payment

• For 3 nights or more: 40% deposit upon booking, remainder due one month before the start date
• For 1 or 2 nights: 100% of the holiday cost due upon booking

Amendment: until 30 days before the holiday
Cancellation: until 30 days before the holiday, at cost: deposit of 40% of the holiday cost + insurance fee + booking fee. Holidays cancelled with less than 30 days to go are not refundable. Arrival and departure times

Check in time: 2 pm / Check out time: 12 noon

My stay in rental accommodation

What’s included in my accommodation:

• Cleaning kit (sponge, washing-up liquid, multi-use cleaner)
• Blankets and pillows
• Electricity
• Parking space for one vehicle
• Sheets and towels
• Air-conditioning (except for tents with fans)

      At additional cost:

• End-of-stay cleaning
• Beds made on arrival

Terms of Payment

40% deposit upon booking, remainder due one month before the start date.

Check in time: 4 pm / Check out time: 10 am

To maintain peace and quiet for our guests, only one vehicle per accommodation may park inside the campsite (in the car park or on the pitch). Any additional vehicles must be parked outside the campsite.
